How we work
A transparent project journey in four steps. You always know what has been agreed, what is happening, and what comes next.
-
Understand the project
We arrange an initial consultation or visit your property in Jeddah to understand the space, your priorities, the conditions, and any constraints. The visit is for assessment and discussion; final scope depends on the information available and any specialist review required.
What you can expect
- A conversation about your goals and priorities
- A look at property conditions and access
- An honest view of what needs further review
-
Define the scope and quote
You receive a written proposal covering included work, key assumptions, material selections or allowances, exclusions, and a proposed sequence. We discuss your questions before you approve. Any later change is described and priced for your approval before the related work proceeds.
What you can expect
- Written scope and quote
- Assumptions, allowances, and exclusions stated clearly
- Time to ask questions before approval
-
Plan, coordinate, and build
Once the scope and schedule are agreed, we coordinate trades, procurement, site access, and quality checks. We provide regular progress updates and raise decisions, risks, and potential variations clearly so you stay informed.
What you can expect
- Progress updates through an agreed channel
- Recorded material approvals
- Change approval before additional work
-
Inspect and hand over
We walk through the agreed work with you, record any outstanding snags, and coordinate their closeout. You receive relevant handover information for the completed scope and a clear point of contact for follow-up.
What you can expect
- Walkthrough of the agreed work
- Recorded snag list and closeout
- Handover information and a follow-up contact
We do not promise fixed completion dates before the scope and site conditions have been reviewed.
